Aduke Gold died of cervical cancer not fibroid says family

The family of late gospel singer Aduke Ajayi, well known as Aduke Gold, has refuted the claim that the singer died of fibroid.

Pastor Ajayi Aderogbo, the late singer’s brother, stated in a video that her sister died of cervical cancer, not fibroid as purported.

Recall that Cenzo Naija News reported the death of Aduke Gold on Monday, August 12, 2024, at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan.

Her tragic death has sparked several reactions on social media, with friends and colleagues in the industry bemoaning her sudden departure.

Reacting to the purported rumor flying around the late singer’s death, pastor Ajayi, in a video, urged the people carrying fake information to verify the information before spreading it to avoid misinformation.

He said; “Whoever is saying what is not should stop it, our daughter was ill, she had cervical cancer, she was taken to UCH in Ibadan and unfortunately, she died. The information spreading around is false.”
